No. The jewels proposed on our online jewelry store are from our private brand. Some of them are realized with Swarovski® crystals but they remain creations of our private brand and are not part of the Swarovski® jewels collections.

We are able to ship anywhere in the world and depending on where you live, shipping can take 10-15 business days.
We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date (customs, delay from your national delivery company, etc.)
To avoid high storage and labor costs, our jewelry is shipped from an international warehouse. This allows us to offer you jewelry at very competitive rates while providing free worldwide shipping.
It can be normal, multiple orders are not always combined and can be shipped separately. The missing jewels are on their way.
We are proud of our ability to process all orders placed on our site quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, send us a message as soon as possible. A large majority of the items are processed within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can try to cancel your order before it is processed.
No request for cancellation of your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the order. The customer must then inform us of his willingness to return to our shop in Belgium, at his own expense, the products that would not suit him.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase and its delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
